Product Introduction
The piezoelectric material used and the design of the 144-134-000-613 CA134 ensure an extremely stable and reliable device that is suitable for the long-term monitoring and measurement of vibration over wide temperature ranges in severe environments, such as gas turbines or cryogenic applications. The piezoelectric accelerometer product has a wide temperature operating range (up to 500°C), high-frequency response capability (0.5Hz – 6kHz), and a maximum measurement range of 500g. It is suitable for gas turbines, steam turbines, and compressors.

Product Details
144-134-000-613 CA134 uses the piezoelectric effect for vibration measurement. When the sensor is subjected to mechanical vibration, the piezoelectric material inside it will generate an electrical charge signal proportional to the acceleration.
All versions of the CA134 are Ex-certified for installation in potentially explosive atmospheres (hazardous areas).
Version 144-134-000-613 configuration:
Approximately 2 meters of mineral-insulated cable
Double-layer metal braided shielding
High-temperature connector
CA134 SPECIFICATIONS:
Case (housing) material: Special high-temperature nickel alloy and stainless steel
Mounting: Three M4 × 16 Allen screws and three M4 spring-lock washers with a nominal tightening torque of 4 N•m (3 lb-ft).
Connector:
• • Integral cable version: high-temperature connector (Hex. 7/16″). Mates with connectors used by the recommended extension cable assemblies (vibro-meter® 7/16″-27UNS-2B or CG505).
Recommended cable assemblies:EC069, EC112, EC119, EC222 or EC390.
Recommended extension cable: EC119, EC222, or EC390.
Integral cable version:

Selection Recommendation:
The CA134 series is mainly divided into two versions:
144-134-000-203: Sensor body (without cable)
144-134-000-613: Version with MI cable
High-temperature environment → Select 000-613
Requires custom cable → Select 000-203
Dangerous area → Must choose the model with Ex certification
Usage Suggestions
How to use the CA134 piezoelectric accelerometer
Installation Suggestions
Use rigid installation (threaded fixation)
Avoid installation on loose or resonant structures
The cable should be kept away from high electromagnetic interference sources
Supporting equipment
Since it is a charge-output type sensor, it must be paired with:
Charge amplifier (such as IPC707)
Vibration monitoring module
Signal processing
It is recommended to use the following systems in combination:
Vibration monitoring system (such as Vibro-Meter VM600)
DCS system
Data acquisition system
